Five core talks. All custom-fit.
Pick a topic from the list, or brief Richard on what your audience needs and he will build a session around it.
Why founders lose the deals they should win
Richard’s five conversational habits that can kill founder-led deals and the practical replacements that turn buyer discovery into decision.
Engagement is not a strategy
How to convert a LinkedIn presence into real pipeline. For founders and consultants who are getting likes but no calls, from one of the most well-known and respected in the space.
Coaching through the quiet quarter
What sales leaders do in slow markets that compounds into outsized growth when conditions turn. And what most of them get wrong. An essential talk to rally teams against adverse market conditions.
The Doctor Method™
Richard’s buyer psychology-first framework behind every Art of Sell programme. This keynote rewires how a room thinks about selling by moving to a buyer-led understanding of the sales process.
The inner conversation behind the conversation
What buyers are actually deciding on when they say they need to ‘think about it’. And how to surface their real objection without breaking trust or affecting connection and rapport.
Built for your event
Have a theme already? Richard regularly works with event directors and programme leads to build a bespoke session around your audience and outcomes.
Richard didn't give us a sales talk. He gave us the framework we had been trying to build internally for two years, in fifty-five minutes. Then he stayed for the dinner. Best speaker decision we made all year.
Built for rooms that take selling seriously.
Whether the brief is to fire up a sales floor, sharpen a consulting cohort or close out a conference with a memorable moment, there is a fit.
Corporate and sales teams
Annual kick-offs, leadership off-sites and team enablement days for organisations rebuilding their sales motion or to energise ahead of a final push through target.
Conferences and events
Keynotes, fireside chats and panels for industry summits, founder gatherings and award ceremonies.
Coaching and communities
Member events, mastermind days and headline sessions for collectives and communities of consultants, accelerators and founder networks.

Thanks for the details. We will come back to you within two working days with availability, format recommendations and a fit assessment.
Before you ask, it's probably here.
Yes. Richard is UK-based and speaks regularly across Europe and the US. Travel and accommodation are arranged separately to the speaking fee.
Three months minimum is ideal. Shorter notice is sometimes possible for keynotes but bespoke workshops typically need a minimum four to six week prep window.
Always. Every engagement starts with a 30-minute brief call with Richard so the session lands on your audience, not a generic crowd. You can see a content outline before the event.
Brief call, content development, the live session, a Q and A and post-event follow-up assets where appropriate (a recap one-pager or content piece for your community).
Yes. A full speaker pack with bio variants, headshots and event copy is sent on confirmation. The Art of Sell brand kit is also publicly available for marketing materials.
